So this is fun – Nintendo is releasing new DLC Course Packs for the New Super Mario Bros. 2 for the DS at just $2.50 a pop. The designs have been crowd-sourced to a degree for maximum indulgence (Nintendo level designers: Hey gamers what do you want? Msg Board Fanb0ys: M0ar coins! M000ar power ups!) and there will be two more sets released over the span of the next couple of months. Seems like a smart way for Nintendo to get into the DLC market. My nine year old Gameboy-dependant self would have puked rainbows and gold coins of joy had these been available in my day.
